Trainee Dispenser

Featherstone, United Kingdom Sciensus Full time

**Do you love routine, repetition and working at pace in a role where your day passes quickly...?**

We have a large dispensary operations team who are at the core of our service. Daily our trainee dispensers are responsible for supporting the dispensary to dispense around 5000 life changing prescriptions for our patients. This is not an ordinary trainee dispensing role, it would suit those who are looking for something different, who have a heart for delivering quality and love to push themselves to achieve.

This role is different as it is non-customer facing and will be based across both our office and dispensary where you will share your knowledge and encouraging each other across your shift. This role will enable you to take your dispensing skills to the next level due to the sheer size of our operation and our plans to grow in the future.

As a Trainee Dispenser you will be involved in supporting the dispensing operation from pick to pack and will get to learn all the specialism required in between. Upon completion of the fully funded NVQ level 2 you will be responsible for transcribing, dispensing and compliance and doing this with complete accuracy, whilst meeting all your targets.
