**The Role**:

- This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
- Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Corporate department regularly support National businesses within the manufacturing, engineering & technology sectors on a variety of company law matters
- As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of corporate transactional & general company law work, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganisations & demergers, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and due diligence
- As an Associate, you will also mentor & support the junior members of the team and liaise with senior lawyers regarding the development of the department
- In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level
- An experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4 to 8 years PQE
- Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
- Highly meticulous & commercially focused
