Working as a Labourer your duties will include:

- Installing and maintaining hanging baskets and other plant displays in central London and surrounding counties.
- Due to the nature of the business, you will need to be physically fit and comfortable climbing a ladder or step ladder and be able to meet the demands of the job.
- Our client is public facing so you must be polite and professional at all times.
- You will be working in a small team so team work is essential.
- Driving a van as part of a team to multiple locations which can include trips into London.
- Once you arrive at a customer site you will then carry out maintenance duties.

Due to our clients location you must have access to your own transport, location 1.5 mile from Burnham train station, bike transport would be suitable.

Bonus schemes are available for good attendance and performance. 5 % on top of the hourly rate.

Shift timings are around 10 hours including paid breaks.

Guaranteed ongoing shifts.

Job role will be made permanent if good work ethic is shown. 10% bonus on top of hourly rate once you become permanent.
