**Job Opportunity**: Picker and Packer - Unique Warehouse Environment

**Location**: Carlisle

**Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - No Weekend work

**Industry**: Retail - Indoor Plants and Pots

**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Picker and Packer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently picking and packing indoor plants and pots for order fulfilment.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Using your initiative to 'muck in' when necessary to meet operational demands.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills to enhance the customer experience.
- Utilizing your product knowledge to accurately handle and package delicate items.
- Adhering to the highest level of attention to detail to maintain product quality.
- Embracing the physically demanding nature of the role and contributing to a safe working environment.
