Staff Selection UK are excited to be working with a market leading têxtiles manufacturer based in the Dewsbury area. We are currently recruiting on behalf of them for a HR & Training officer
**Responsibilities**:
- You will be working alongside the HR team focusing on recruitment, retention and development
- Working with operations to develop a resourcing model
- Making sure the site is resourced in line with production needs
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Develop and introduce suitable incentives to support the employees
- Carry out benchmarking on pay and employee benefitd
- Implementing hort and long term absence management processes
- Lead all investigation, dicipline and greivance matters
- Support in new starters training and development plans
- Updating and maintaining personel files
- Processing new contracts, new starters documentation and leavers
**Attributes and Experience**
- Solid HR generalist with 3-5 years experience
- Significant experience with recruitment
- Relevant CIPD qualification
- HR experience gained in a fast paced manufacturing setting
- Practical working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- IT literate particularly with HR, time and attendance systems
- Excellent communicator and facilitator
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- The site operates 24/5, therefore a flexible approach to work is available
- This is an onsite role and we wish to hear from people who enjoy working onsite
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
