**Global Change Management Lead (18month FTC)**

**The Role**

Inizio is going through a period of unprecedented growth and change as we continue to harness the incredible teams across Ashfield and Huntsworth Health. We are looking for a Change Management expert to ensure our strategic objectives are delivered and transformation journey underway at Inizio is realized.

The Global Change Management Lead will play a key leadership role across strategic change programs, working with existing Transformation Leads to take and drive consistency and accountability for change management across the initiatives. You will design and lead a change management plan across the portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring the initiatives meet objectives and realizing benefits to deliver ROI.

You will report to the Global Head of Transformation and be available on a fixed term basis for 18months. This role can be remote but must be based in Ireland or the UK.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Provide change management expertise as required for each Transformation initiative and create an integrated strategy and plan for senior level stakeholders (BU Leaders, Exec Team and CD&R) for the portfolio of global change initiatives across IT, HR, Finance & SOX
- Create an overarching approach and plan to manage interdependencies, change impact, stakeholder management/engagement, communications, behavioural change, governance, training or upskilling/reskilling across all Inizio transformation initiatives
- Identify other key stakeholders with a role in supporting the deployment of the change (such as Managers, Change Agents, Project Leads/Managers), assess their change capability and enable them to fulfil their roles
- Work closely with the Global Head of Transformation to drive change requirements with the aim to support the successful delivery of the projects in scope for the transformation
- Develop and facilitate key stakeholder communications, including necessary but sometimes difficult messages, both for staff and stakeholders/customers which may impact on ways or working to implement change
- Know what best-in-class companies are doing and leverage where appropriate to support the Finance, IT, HR, and Sox change leaders.
- Provide communications support for Townhalls, meetings and other events as they arise
- Support the PMO lead with the creation of updates to the BU Leaders, Exec Team, and Board.

**What do you bring to the Role?**
- Extensive experience in leading and managing a portfolio of change programs in for a professional services firm (preferably), ideally across multiple functions, geographies, and remits (i.e., local, regional, global)
- A highly articulate communicator with the credibility at a senior management level and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially aware and comfortable in making key decisions
- Able to find solutions rather than add complexity
- Ability to deliver high-quality internal communications.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally and maneuver in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or relevant experience preferred
