Fitter (Temporary)

We are looking for a temporary fitter to join our team at Raynes Quarry, Abergele Road, Llysfaen, LL29 9YW.

**Main Duties**:

- Provide first response to mechanical breakdowns
- Provide a maintenance service for all plant and equipment
- Carry out repairs, recommending modifications and eliminating causes to improve plant/equipment performance
- Carry out routine maintenance and fault finding
- Carry out repairs and adjustments requiring “cross discipline” skills to the level authorised including welding and fabrication
- Provide support as part of a team

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Served a recognised engineering apprenticeship
- Industrial mechanical experience (essential)
- Plant maintenance experience with sound diagnostic skills
- Self motivated and able to work with limited supervision
