Overview: We are currently seeking a Guard to join our team. As a Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises. This position requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Responsibilities: - Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access - Conduct regular security checks of the premises - Respond promptly to alarms and incidents - Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities - Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees - Assist with crowd control during special events or emergencies - Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment - Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Guard or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus - Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is desirable - Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time Note: This position requires the successful completion of a background check. Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
