**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading Retail business, based in Rhyl, with a supportive and inclusive company culture. This business puts a real emphasis on it's talent, and invests in training and development opportunities for all employees

The HR and Training Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with Senior Managers to establish and enhance comprehensive training schemes.
- Functioning as the primary liaison for all employee inquiries, promptly addressing both internal and external questions.
- Taking charge of overseeing the retail scheduling software, guaranteeing proper staffing levels for stores.
- Discerning employee skills and training deficiencies, choosing the optimal training approaches and activities for enhancement.
- Assisting Managers in handling minor HR concerns and performance challenges.
- Conducting training sessions for team members.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful HR and Training Coordinator will have:

- A proven track record in a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (or working towards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A positive and proactive work ethic
