Hybrid model to being - 2 days in office followed by as and when necessary**

Ensure the delivery of high quality IT services by developing excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, partners and service providers. Monitoring and reporting on agreed service levels and associated key performance indicators, providing asingle point of escalation for IT related issues. Manage and contribute to the delivery of operational efficiencies through continuous service improvement.

This role is also responsible for actively providing creative solutions for improving the IT communications to the business teams using diverse communication channels, and subsequently improving the relationships, as well the image, of IT.

**The Role**:

- Create new SLAs, review & monitor performance, and interpret continuous feedback.
- Identify, create and deliver service improvement plans
- Coordinate and communicate results
- Chair monthly meetings with business representatives
- Continuous service improvements
- Understand the business requirements and articulate them to the relevant support teams / stakeholders
- Demonstrate flexible approach for adopting to a changing environment and operating effectively with the business as well as the IT teams across multiple countries
- Provide point of escalation for all service delivery related matters, channel escalations to the relevant Quality of Service (QoS) lead and follow up where required.**
**Required skills & knowledge**:

- Highly service orientated with a strong ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Background in IT Service Management with experience of best practice in IT Processes, for example ITSM (ITIL)
- Good understanding of technical issues with the ability to interpret them.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner, often against deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
- Functional analysis and project management skills.
