Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of insurance brokers? Do you have some (12 months or more) experience in commercial insurance and a passion for customer service? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

As the newest Insurance Broker in the team, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of commercial clients, providing them with the best insurance solutions that suit their needs. You will work closely with clients, building lasting relationships and providing excellent customer service every step of the way.

Your role will involve handling insurance queries, generating new leads, and ensuring you hold the right information about clients' businesses or homes, whilst building strong relationships with insurers to secure the best possible terms for your clients.

As a driven and target-focused individual, you will be instrumental in renewing existing policies and generating new business opportunities within existing clients. You'll need to be organized, able to handle pressure easily, to succeed in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with an existing commercial client to provide a smooth account handling service.
- Manage insurance queries.
- Produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation in a compliant manner.
- Suggest opportunities to help generate business within our existing book of clients.
- Renewal handling with pro-active retention of the renewal book.
- Generation of new leads from cross sell opportunities.
- Securing lasting relationships with Insurers to ensure the best terms for your clients.
- Processing payments from clients.

**Skills/Experience**
- 12 months Commercial Insurance experience.
- Positive attitude to Customer Service and fulfilling client needs.
- Technical knowledge of Insurance Principles and relevant lines of business.
