A superb opportunity has arisen in Bracknell for a Sales Valuer, with our clients' highly successful Estate Agency.

The role will require a driven individual with a strong background in a Residential Agency, who knows the Bracknell market. Our clients will consider an existing Valuer or a Senior Negotiator looking for their next career move.

**The position of a Sales Valuer will involve**:

- Canvassing for Valuations
- Attending Market appraisals
- Converting to Instructions

**For the role of a Sales Valuer, you must have**:

- Industry experience,
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to build rapport and close for business
- Excellent customer service

**Salary/Package**:

- Basic £22,000 - £25,000
- OTE £45,000 - £55,000
- Progression
- Commission structure
- Car allowance

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays (rota) 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
