**Engagement Team Supervisor**

**Location: National Administration Centre (NAC)**

**Job Purpose**:
To provide a professional administration service to a designated area of responsibility within the Engagement Team at the National Administration Centre (NAC). Responsible for a team of Administrators.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Manage the team ensuring they are appropriately motivated, trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard, supporting the Business Plan and all future developments.
- Develop and implement all necessary administrative policies and procedures to ensure that Delivery continues to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Liaise with relevant parties to ascertain priorities and agree targets, ensuring information is cascaded down to the team.
- Oversee the validation of documentation and data leading to sample checking based on individual performance rates.
- Utilise data dashboards to manage issues and team performance.
- Handle all enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide overall support to Delivery teams as required by the Manager to ensure overall effectiveness is achieved.
- Responsible for delivering upon agreed departmental KPI’s

**Person Specification**:
Essential Requirements:

- GCSE, Maths and English, A-C or equivalent - Good IT skills and experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable:

- Proven experience within a similar role - Process Management Skills
