Sous Chef

The hotel has a variety of outlets but in this position of head chef you willrun the 1 rosette 60 covers fine dining restaurant. The restaurant serves Modern British dishes which are made using all fresh ingredients, you will have the opportunity to put your stamp on it and push the standards forward. This is a popular venue with bothlocals and guests staying at this destination hotel and you can expect to cater for a maximum of 80 covers during a service.

**Requirements**:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a minimum 1 AA rosette fresh food establishment.
