**£21,732 FTE **(Part time - 24 hours per week)**:
It’s an exciting time to be part of the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity Retail team as we look to expand our shop numbers, community presence and Charity reach.

Our shops sell a variety of goods, as well as being a hub for our charity activity in the heart of their communities. Our shops need to perform well financially to help fund our lifesaving service, but we also want them to be a place where a former patient or supporter can pop in for a chat.

We are looking for a new Shop Assistant Manager to help us grow an already successful shop in Cheltenham and make it even more awesome. Are you capable of working with the Shop Management team to motivate and inspire a shop team? Do you have strong communication skills and are you ready for the ever-changing challenge that is Charity Retailing? If so, then you could be our newest Shop Assistant Manager.
