Estimator/ Senior Estimator

**Job Title: Estimator / Senior (Mechanical / Electrical experience preferred)**

**Salary Level - £40k-55k**

**Hours: Mon-Fri / Hybrid working available.**

**Role Scope**:
**Reporting directly into the Managing Director, the Estimator will assist with reviewing all tender documentations, understand potential risks and provide key information. Have great communication skills and able to work under with tight deadlines this is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing and progressive business.**
- **Prepare and issue supplier & subcontractor enquiries.**
- **Assist in the implementation of Estimating Procedures.**
- **Review Tender Documents and Ensure compliance.**
- **Prepare and issue estimates to clients.**
- **Provide internal cost reports for all tender submissions.**
- **Liaise with supplier/sub-contractors.**

**Personal Qualities**:

- **A proven track record of carrying out a similar role estimating Commercial and Residential projects from £50K to £2M.**
- **Dynamic and Strong personality.**
- **Good numerical & communication skills.**
- **Proficient in Excel and Word.**
- **Drive and commitment and a desire to grow with our company.**

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
