**Job Title**:Domestic Supervisor

**Location**:Regent House, Heaton House, Stockport, SK4 1BS

**Pay**:£12.45 per hour

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Maintain staff Rota’s making temporary adjustments to provide an efficient service.
- Process all annual leave requests ensuring minimum staffing levels are maintained.
- Monitor catering and cleaning standards, ensuring remedial action is implemented as required.
- Ensure that Hotel Services Manager and ward Managers are kept up to date with issues which may affect staff welfare or service levels.
- Provide emergency cover in the absence of Ward Hostess staff.
- The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above._

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good understanding of Microsoft office
- Excellent communicator
- Experience leading a hygiene and domestic team
- Ability to travel from site to site
