**Responsibilities**:

- Specialist in Beef
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
- Follow safety guidelines when using knives and other sharp tools.
- Operate meat-cutting machinery and equipment.
- Weigh and package meats for sale.
- Ensure quality control of products.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

- Butchering: 2 years (preferred)
