**Title**: Head Barista - Pour Over Coffee Specialist

**Location**:Central London

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

I'm currently recruiting for a positive and dynamic Head Barista, experienced in Pour Over Coffee. Our client is a coffee shop dedicated to providing top-notch pour over coffees alongside a delightful assortment of pastries and espresso-based beverages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the coffee program, focusing on pour over coffee excellence.
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages with consistency and excellence.
- Advocate for sustainability practices within the coffee program.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' coffee knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintain coffee equipment and manage inventory levels.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive barista experience with a focus on pour over coffee.
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and espresso machine operations.
- Ability to lead the development of a coffee program.
- Passion for sustainability and responsible sourcing practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
