**Person specification**

To meet the requirements of this role, you will have strong experience of senior stakeholder engagement to understand needs and manage expectations, and good experience of producing analysis and analytical quality assurance under time and resource pressure.Good team working ethos and strong communication skills particularly in the presentation of analysis with impact are essential.

Where an individual taking up the responsibility will be based in Swansea Office, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
