Experience in working with client portals would be an advantage.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Supporting the team with day to day operations.
- Accurately updating customer data.
- Generating correspondence in a timely, detailed and accurate manner in line with requirement
- Communicating with customers to ensure service is maintained to a high level.
- Organising current workload to meet deadlines.
**Essential skills**:
- Excellent client service and communication skills; must be able to communicate at all levels,
- Methodical, thorough and analytical approach.
- Ability to assimilate and process information in line with required timescales.
- Priorities change daily; it’s important to be adaptable and organise workload.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
**Technical Competencies**:
- Strong IT skills; proficient user of Microsoft, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£18,000.00 per hour
