Your main duties will include:

- Helping with the clinical team with hospitalised patients
- Answering telephone calls and other receptionist duties
- Assisting in theatre, wards, pharmacy and consults
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness at all sites
- Stocking up
- Weekend rota of 1 in 7
- Night rota of 1 in 7 (7 days on and the 7 days off following paid)
- Training on the use of various medical equipment to assist the clinical team with providing high levels of patient care

About Us:
Holly House Veterinary Hospital is a first opinion and referral hospital which is open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. We have a dedicated onsite emergency service open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our lovely practice is located just 10 minutes from Leeds, is close to York and Harrogate and is within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales

Our amazing team consists of 21 Veterinary Surgeons across all 4 of our branches, 17 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 7 Student Veterinary Nurses, 7 Veterinary Care Assistants, 18 Veterinary Receptionists and a strong admin team.

Applicant Requirements You must be able to work evenings and weekends (antisocial hours). Full training will be given.
