Your new role
You will have any or a mixture of the following;
- Job roles will include but are not limited to: - Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs - Expected to carry out annual Gas/Oil Services in NIHE properties and Private properties - Carrying out inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers - Carryingout safety checks and services on Oil appliances The role is not limited to this job description and the post holder will be required to carry out other duties at the request of Management. Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required

What you'll need to succeed
Skills/Experience:

- Full clean driving Licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and 3 years of experience
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- The ability to problem solve and fault find & attention to detail
- Good customer communication and service skills
- Renewables qualification/experience desirable
