**Responsibilities**:
To contribute to the company’s business objectives by.
- Assisting with all aspects of the daily accounting for sales and finance administration across Plug Me In EV and Plug Me In Heat
- Liaising with all internal departments and external customers/suppliers.
- Contributing effectively to the Finance Team across the Group.

**Key Requirements**:

- Sales invoicing and cash allocation
- Work with the PMI Finance Team to draw up backing data for commercial bills
- Raise invoices within Business Central
- Send invoices to customers; both consumers and business’
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable mailbox; investigating customer queries, liasing with Operations where needed and providing a resolution
- Debt chasing
- Production of weekly aged debt and sales reports
- Payment processing
- Mid-month, month end and ad hoc
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Provide cover for Purchase Ledger Invoice processing
- Assist with monthly management accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Debtors analysis
- Assist in producing management information reports and ensuring integrity of data
- Assist in management and collection of government grants
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested.
