Join us as a senior planning consultant (DM) and you’ll help to shape the future of places. You’ll be part of a large, friendly team with an outstanding track record in development management, planning policy and consultancy services. Senior Planning Consultant

**What you’ll be doing**:

- preparing and presenting evidence on appeals
- providing high quality professional advice on planning matters to your clients
- negotiating with applicants and agents
- positively supporting and sharing your knowledge with your team

**What we’re looking for**:

- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
- 3 years or more relevant experience.
- High level of ability to prioritise and manage a workload whilst working flexibly to meet both the commercial and contractual needs of the business.
- Demonstrable experience of working as a planner/senior planning officer or consultant in the public/private sector.
- Being ambitious to enhance the reputation of the Development Management service for innovation, quality and timeliness of delivery.
