DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
- **Minimum one-year Dental Reception Experience (preferred but not essential)**

Position Full Time

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the day-to-day running of the front desk of our Dental Practice in the heart of Wilmslow Town Centre.

As a Receptionist you will be the point of contact for our practice

You will greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice.

Main duties include:

- Maintain a professional reception area
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to react calmly, professionally, and effectively in stressful or emergency situations
- Exemplary organisational skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Check-in patients according to practice protocols
- Answer the phone and manage the answering machine
- Verify and update patient information
- Confirm next days appointments
- Collect payment from patients at the time of appointment
- Make follow-up appointments if needed
- Work as part of a team with a willingness to assist in all areas if required
- Administration duties
- Gain knowledge of dental procedures and products to help Commercially
- Knowledge of Kodak R4 is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
