Key duties of the Personal Assistant:

- Efficiently manage the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and coordination of schedules
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and workshops as requested including internal catering and travel arrangements
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested by the executives
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
- Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility
- Assist in managing projects, monitoring deadlines, and providing progress updates
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office

Key skills of the Personal Assistant:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
