The Middlewick Cafe is an award winning cafe at the base of Glastonbury Tor. Set within a holiday resort and spa the business continues to get busier and busier. We are looking for someone to join us who can help us to grow the business further.

We serve a lot of drinks and we need someone who likes making customers happy with lovely coffees and hot drinks. We are licensed so you also must enjoy serving nice wines, local beers, ciders and soft drinks.

You will have the skills to help us design a drinks menu to sit alongside of our regular food menu. Our menus are updated 8 times a year -around the seasons of the wheel of the year. We want our drinks menu to be as seasonal and local as our food menu is.

Along with making drinks you will also be responsible for managing and ordering drink stocks and ingredients for specialty drinks.

Hours -We are looking for someone to work Tuesday to Saturday but also to work the occassional Sunday or some evenings with our pop up events, parties, Glastonbury Festival and for holiday cover. Hours are mostly daytime shifts to cover between 8am and 5pm.

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
