This is an exciting time to join the People Directorate at Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust. We are implementing a new rostering system and building our rostering team to support this exciting development in our resourcing systems. You will be part of our Resourcing Service in this new team joining our other teams in the service: recruitment and temporary staffing.

We are looking to recruit a E-roster Facilitator (Non-clinical) to assist in the implementation of the rostering system and support the day-to-day usage of the e-Rostering supporting users with advice and guidance on using the system and effective rostering principles. You will be qualified to degree level or have equivalent qualification or experience with extensive experience supporting systems in a demanding environment.

You will be responsible for delivering training on the e-rostering system and other linked systems. As part of this role you will also be involved in several other functions undertaken by the e-Rostering team, including project work, i.e. Safecare, reporting and analysis, and data cleansing and validation

You will have extensive experience of supporting systems in a demanding environment, NHS Electronic Staff Records (ESR) and experience of using an electronic roster system

You will have experience of providing training in groups and/or on a one to one basis, delivering presentations and producing User Guides.
