Ball Collector

**Hours of work**: Late afternoon / early evening work for 2 to 3 hours per shift.

**Qualities required**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Some golf knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Flexible approach to your role
- Punctuality

**Main Purpose of Job**:
To provide excellent customer service and assist in the smooth running of the short game practice area (SPGA).

To ensure that golf balls are collected safely on our SGPA. To ensure the SGPA is well presented at all times.

To assist in cleaning of the club’s buggies after usage on the golf course.

**Reporting to**:General Manager/Duty Manager

**Key Accountabilities for the Ball Collector / Golf Buggy Assistant are to**:

- Ensure the smooth running of the SGPA whilst being courteous and professional.
- Ensure the buggy fleet is kept clean and well maintained at all times.
- Collect, wash and sort out range balls.
- Keep the SGPA clean and tidy by picking up any litter and emptying baskets regularly
- Ensure there is adequate supply of balls in the ball dispensing machine
