We are **Your Option**. We provide Facilaty Management Services (consiting of commerical cleaning, extreme cleaning, grounds maintenance and handyman work) to our clients. We are led by our values that comprise of **client collaboration**, **accountability**, **communication** and **teamwork**.

Your Option is currently relocating their office to **Woking**. You will be required twice a week to work from the office with our other colleagues.

As an Administrator, working on one of our high level contracts covering Prison Cell Cleaning, CSI cleaning and RTA cleaning, professionalism is imperative. As well as liasing directly with our client, you'll be working closely with our on-site cleaners, and 1 other Administrator. You'll be reporting into our Senior Operations Manager, and occassionally the CEO.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:
**Administration -**
- Assisting with the design, development and maintenance of computerised and manual records.
- Assisting with the production of core process maps which detail operational processes as well as our corporate support processes.
- Processing and recording documents in relation to enquires and bookings
- Administering meetings between the CEO, Operations Manager and client.
- Responding to external and internal telephone enquiries and personal callers.
- General Office Administration.
- To respond to correspondence and queries as required.
- To record, supply and retrieve accurate data from computerised systems and provide management information to strict deadlines.
- To organise and store efficiently paper based information.
- To deal with sensitive and confidential data in accordance with data protection requirements.

**Hours**:
This role is Full-time, 40 hours per week.

The hours will be between 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm.

**Location**:
Work from home 3 days per week, work from Woking office 2 days per week.

**Required Experience**:

- **PC Experience
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- 3 years Administration experience
- Will be able to work collectively as part of a team, but also independently when working remotely.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
