**About the role**

Our Property Services Planned Works department are looking for a part-time administrator to join our busy and friendly team, working 15 hours over two days per week (an alternative working pattern could be considered).

You will work closely with other team administrators and managers who are responsible for delivering our window and door upgrades, re-decoration programmes, kitchens and bathrooms refurbishments, roof replacements and specific projects.

**Duties include**:

- Providing cross team support for Paradigm Property directorate’s back-office functions and the service delivery operation of the planned work streams.
- Scheduling of improvement works to our customers’ homes
- Accurate updating of our database and systems

Show us you have the right attitude and strong work ethic and we will provide training so that you have the and knowledge to effectively support our team.

**About you**

Conscientious, proactive, accurate administrator, able to work in a fast-paced environment and passionate about providing first class customer service.

No experience in property services is necessary however you will have excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel and be accurate and diligent in your work. Attention to detail is important to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

You will need to have a pleasant telephone manner and be a good communicator with both internal and external customers as you will be liaising with the customer and delivery team throughout the duration of the works.

- Recent and relevant experience of scheduling work for field operatives.
- A team player.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise.
- Accuracy and the ability to pay attention to detail.
