Our partner a notable legal organisation based right in the heart of Edinburgh’s city center. They provide tax and legal advice to companies, charities and individuals and they are looking for a visitor experience assistant on a part time basis to join their team.

**What’s in it for me?**

**£17,143 per annum (based on 30 hours)**

**25 days AL (pro rata’d down for 30 hours)**

**What’s the role?**

It’ll be your job to prepare meeting spaces and communal areas for both staff and clients. The office space is a key factor in them securing and retaining business
- it needs to be prepared meticulously.

You configure rooms, adding and removing chairs, a minimum level of physical fitness is required for the role. There will occasionally be large events and you’ll support the Visitor experience lead to prepare and deliver these.

You’ll prepare all refreshments ensuring tea, coffee, biscuits and alcoholic beverages are all available and neatly presented, in the correct place at the correct time.

You’ll also ensure the client kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Someone who is proud of the spaces they look after would be a great fit here.

You’ll also stock a number of machines to provide tea, coffee and other beverages. When these or other items run low you’ll make orders for replacement stock. Stay organised
