Working with children with SEMH

I am working with a Special Needs School in North west London that is looking for Graduates to work as Mental Health Assistants, starting work immediately. The school are particularly interested in Psychology and Criminology Graduates who are aspiring to become an Education Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist/Occupational Therapist.

To be successful, you will be a confident Graduate with a good understanding of how to work with children who have additional learning needs. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will have desire to encourage and engage all pupils in reaching their own targets. Ideally, the school needs a highly enthusiastic Graduate who is able to adapt quickly to develop an understanding of SEMH needs throughout the school and show a caring and responsible nature.
