Our client in Pontyclun is looking for an Order Processor on a permanent basis.

**Essential**
- UPVC experience
- Excellent administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head of Sales in the development and implementation of prospecting campaigns.
- Ensure all customer quotation requests are actioned within the agreed timescale.
- Follow up all outstanding quotes to convert to jobs.
- Take ownership of the customer order process through to sign off and ensure customers are kept up to date on progress.
- To assist in the delivery of social media campaigns, working with agencies to ensure a clear and consistent branding message across all platforms.
- The handling of customer enquiries, including inbound calls, personal callers, customer head office and site visits when required.
- To own customer complaints/issues and ensure resolution using clear and consistent communication channels.
- Regularly update data on the company CRM database.
- Maintaining day to day supplier relationships and communicating any updates to the Head of Sales. Liaising with suppliers to check progress of existing orders.
- Liaising with Suppliers to manage the collation, storage and distribution of all third party products.
- To ensure that all ‘customer areas’ are maintained to a high standard and that they effectively promote the company and its products.
- Carry out all admin duties as required.
- Carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by the company.
