**NetSuite Finance Systems Manager**

**London - Hybrid - 3 days in office**

**£90,000 + Benefits, DOE**

My client a global business based in London is seeking a Finance Systems Manager on a permanent basis. You will provide business user support for all Finance Systems across the wider business and be the interface of IT and Finance. This will be an opportunityto have a direct impact and be a key part of the growth and development of the business and the team

NetSuite is used globally as their CRM, project and financial management platform. The Finance System Manager is the end-to-end owner of this imperative platform. Acting as a Business Partner with good systems knowledge; planning and managing systems changeand customizations; Overseeing System Support Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide an exceptional customer service experience with the ability to present solutions in a user-friendly language to team members as well as to non-technical staff
- Develop queries, reports, and dashboards in support of business operations
- How data pulls in from the transactional processes - (500,000 customers globally)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel report and modelling skills - quick and efficient at creating reports and manipulating data from various systems to support analysis
- Coordinate across other key business systems ensuring the integrity of all data integrations, APIs and data interchange
- Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs
- Manage the addition of new users and provision of roles ensuring data security
- Plan & Manage the development, UAT & data migration of any businesses acquired in the future

Key Requirements:

- Experience in supporting a larger number of users (250+)
- 6+ Systems / Operating experience
- Conscur, Blackline experience ideal
- Experience in NetSuite, must have
- Experience with multiple modules, including Finance
- Project management skills
- Qualified accountant or PQ
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel user
