Factory Trainer

**About The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Factory Trainer **to join our team here at **Forza Foods. **This is an exciting time to be joining IPL, Forza & Kober as we support Asda on their journey to becoming #2 in the marketplace.

**Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday (06:30am - 14:30pm) Rotating Shifts**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues on multiple topics including food safety & health and safety
- Mandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirements
- Operational training module training
- Evaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheets
- Management training modules in relation to shop floor operations
- Preparing and reviewing Standard Operational Procedures
- Liaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issues
- Support and mentor new colleagues
- Ensure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when required
- Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports
- Plan training schedules ( with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates

**What are we looking for?**
- It is essential that you have experience in the creation, delivery and facilitation of training courses with the understanding of effective training methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management
- The ability and confidence to work alone
- IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Approachable
