Newcastle College is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Curriculum Support Assistants to join a passionate team that supports the achievements of adult students.

The purpose of the role is to directly support adult learners in all learning environments, who have additional learning needs, relating to technical, vocational and academic activities.
This will include 1-2-1, small group or whole class support to help adult learners develop their knowledge and skills within the English and maths curriculum area.

You will be confident working closely with teaching colleagues and be able to establish constructive relationships with learners to enable them to be independent and to promote self-esteem.
