Army Reserve Soldier

Responsibilities:

- Execute assigned tasks and missions in a disciplined and professional manner
- Maintain physical fitness and readiness for deployment
- Follow orders and adhere to military regulations and protocols
- Participate in training exercises and drills to enhance skills and readiness
- Perform duties related to security, surveillance, and loss prevention
- Provide support in emergency situations and disaster response efforts

**Skills**:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team
- First Aid: Knowledge of basic first aid techniques and ability to administer medical assistance when needed
- Report Writing: Strong written communication skills to accurately document incidents, observations, and activities
- Surveillance: Ability to observe, monitor, and gather information discreetly
- Loss Prevention: Knowledge of techniques to prevent theft, damage, or loss of equipment or resources
