**Key Responsibilities of the R & D Technician**:

- Assembly and testing of prototype valves
- Detailed component inspection
- Hosting 3rd Party and Client witness visits
- Maintaining the Oliver Standard of Quality for test data and reports
- Contribution to new product design reviews

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Hands on mechanical engineering experience - work or hobby related
- Experience with pumps or pressure an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
