Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.

**Duties**:

- Assist with construction and maintenance projects, including but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and landscaping
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a skilled laborer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
