Telesales Representative

JMD are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales representative.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is very talkative and confident on the phone. Someone who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a sales-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Follow up with potential customers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English
- Previous experience in telesales is preferred but no essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation

Full training will be provided.

Role is Monday-Friday 10am-5pm

**Salary**: £10.52-£12.50 per hour
