Workshop Co-ordinator

Alfred Hymas Ltd is an award-winning haulier, located in our purpose-built site and state of the art workshop at Great North Road, Sinderby, Thirsk.

Due to the continued growth of both our own fleet and external work, we have a fantastic opportunity for an excellent individual to join our team as Workshop Co-ordinator to support our Workshop Manager and team of HGV Technicians.

**Job description**

**Some tasks include**:

- Greet customers and build trust with a smile and friendly welcome.
- Take bookings for service and vehicle repairs.
- Allocate jobs and prepare invoices.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurately log, track, and report customer calls, queries, and update customers.
- Order parts for vehicles.
- Updating the customer work base/diary system.
- Check invoices and take payments.
- Keep the reception area tidy.

Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00

Every other Saturday morning availability

**Salary**: Dependant on experience
