**Salary: £10.50 - £11.50 depend on experience**

Branches Children's services are opening a brand new children's home in Redditch and are looking to build a staff team who are ambitious, driven and want to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently. **Job Requirements**
- **NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare**:

- Shift Management and Staff supervision.
- Experience working with Young People within a residential environment
- Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
