At Made Happy, we're revolutionizing the gift and celebration market with our fun, colourful products designed and manufactured inhouse from sustainable materials. Selling both DTC and B2B with the option of a bespoke service allows us to create unique items that delight and inspire. We're now on the hunt for a talented Buyer & Merchandiser to curate collections tailored to the unique needs of our diverse clientele, including museums, retailers, independents, and garden centers.

*Please note, we are in a remote location and you will need to drive to reach us*

Salary pro rata depending on experience.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Curate Collections**: Develop and curate product collections that cater to the specific needs and aesthetics of various clients
- **Trend Analysis**: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends to ensure our offerings are always fresh and appealing.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our Design and Sales team to align product offerings with market demands and client preferences.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee product inventory to ensure we have the right products at the right time, minimizing overstock and shortages.
- **Supplier Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure we receive the best materials and prices.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in creating compelling pitches and presentations for potential clients.
- **Sustainable Sourcing**: Ensure all products and materials align with our commitment to sustainability.
