**Quality Controller**

**Quality Controller / Quality Auditor Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control protocols, including HACCP and GMP, to uphold product integrity and safety.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality concerns, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality assessments, non-conformances, and corrective actions to support traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Proactively identify emerging quality trends and recommend preventative measures to mitigate risks and enhance overall product quality.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability across all levels of the organization through effective training, communication, and empowerment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, quality controller / quality auditor, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance principles, and industry best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence positive change.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, SQF) is a plus.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,700.00 per year
