Video Content Creator

Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside the well known motorbike insurance specialist Lexham Insurance, to find them a creative and resourceful **Video Content Creator**. The salary banding starts with an entry level package of £23,000pa, rising all the way up to £28,000pa for the more experienced videographer. Your week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and you'll be able to park freely onsite, or take the train which is only a quick five minute walk away. This is a position that offers the chance to become an integral piece of the Marketing Department, working with seasoned professionals who are ready to share their extensive expertise. - **Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working alongside marketing colleagues, you'll be using your video production skills across various platforms - some of your duties will include**:

- Producing high quality and engaging video photography content for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Management of video production from pre-planning all the way through to post-production
- Preparation for each video project, including preparation of all equipment
- Assist in the management of social media accounts, such as planning, scheduling and assisting with community engagement
- Help create content for the company's social media platforms and website, including blog writing
- Monitor social media activity for potential opportunities to communicate with followers and broaden brand awareness
- Take the exciting opportunity to attend various bike exhibitions around the UK, taking the lead in videography and photography projects
- Liaise with bike manufacturers and associated partners to help build links and partnerships

**What you'll need**:

- Experience in video production and editing
- Skills in videography, photography, sound, lighting and directing shoots
- Ideally have a good working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Premier Pro and Lightroom
- Know-how working across multiple social platforms and scheduling tools (eg SproutSocial)
- Full UK driver licence (with a motorcycle licence being advantageous)
- The ability to attend events that are occasionally over the weekend or evenings (anywhere between two & seven per year)
