**Sales Assistant - Exciting Opportunity to Join a Dynamic Team at Monarch Education Furniture**

**Reports to**: Business Development Manager

**Base**: Tollerton, Nottingham

**Salary**: £13 per hour (37 hours a week)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm including a one-hour lunch.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our business, supporting the launch of an exciting new product. You will work alongside our Senior Business Development Manager and a collaborative team to reach out to potential customers and introduce them to the benefits of our innovative solution. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving the success of our new product and expanding our customer base.

As a Sales Assistant, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess an eye for detail. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage potential customers by phone and establish key contacts within their organization.
- Articulate the unique benefits of our cutting-edge product.
- Arrange and coordinate the delivery of free product samples to interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of progress in our system.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive results.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook for efficient daily tasks.
