Executive Assistant

**Executive Assistant - Lanarkshire - Permanent - £25,000 - 30,000 p/a DOE**

**Are you an experienced Executive PA with a proven track record of supporting at a senior level? Do you want to join a company with fantastic development opportunities and benefits?**

We are working with an established business within the drinks industry, based in Lanarkshire, to secure them an Executive PA to support their Managing Director and Senior Management team. You will be able to work at a fast pace and provide excellent support daily.

**This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday across 34 hours. Hybrid and flexible working is available.**

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- Strong track record as a PA/EA, supporting at senior level
- Adaptable with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Ability to work under own initiative with little guidance
- Strong communicator, comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Manage and coordinate diaries, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate all travel arrangements
- Communicate key issues and concerns to Managing Director
- Prioritise workload according to deadlines and business needs
- Prepare and coordinate reports and documents
- Manage and assist with a variety of projects
