Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Pick-Up and Packing Specialist to join our grocery store team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our customers. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on carefully selecting items for each order, packing them securely, and organizing them for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to our customers' positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Retrieve items from our inventory based on customer orders.
- Verify product quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Pack items securely, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transportation.
- Organize and label packages for delivery, ensuring proper order documentation.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate efficient order dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with orders to the appropriate team members.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while handling products.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any order-related inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry items throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with Indian grocery products and packaging materials is a plus.
